The bagels are super unique, innovative and feel very fresh. As a former New Yorker, I approve, love them. The staff is super awesome, friendly and so sweet!! The fact that is so affordable is the cherry on top. One of my favorite places to eat at in the North Market. LOVE IT

I just left this location, and before I go any further, I strongly suggest that customers patronize the Broad Street location instead. The employee working this morning—a white woman about 5’6” or 5’7” with brown hair and a flannel—was unnecessarily rude from the moment I approached the counter. I said good morning, and she responded in an irritated tone, “Can I help you?” as if my presence was an inconvenience. When I ordered a lox bagel, she questioned me dismissively and asked for my name with clear annoyance. I politely gave it and even spelled it out, at which point she muttered under her breath, “It doesn’t matter… whatever.” I was genuinely confused by her reaction. She rang me up and said she would call my name. While I was waiting, she loudly announced that my payment didn’t go through. I calmly told her I was paying cash. She snatched the $20 from my hand and continued handling the transaction with an attitude. When I asked if she was having a good day, she responded sarcastically, “I am. Are you?” By that point, I was uncomfortable and confused. When I quietly questioned what she had said, the customer behind me even decided to leave. When my order was ready, she ca

Food was barely average but the service was SLOW and the staff was rude and short tempered. Makes you feel like it’s a bother that we’re buying their food. Avoid this place. There are too many other (better) options in this market. Another customer had questions and I watched in shock as they just ignored her. Seriously, they acted like customers were getting in their way.

The staff are very friendly and approachable, and the food was DELICIOUS. I’m fairly new to the Columbus area and will 100% be coming back to this location, the 2 egg platter looked just as good as it tasted. If I could give this crew more than 5 stars I absolutely would; 11/10 would recommend!

We ate at the North Market and really had a good experience. The Turkey sandwich on a plain bagel is the way to go. Adding provolone and mayo really made it pop. Can't wait to come back and try something else. If your in the area stop by and give it a try.
